HOLIDAY LUNCHEON CANCELLED
The Holiday Luncheon for December 13th, 2005 has been cancelled. The activity was to include a complete tour of Chase Field as well as a lunch at Friday's Front Row. The Board was notified today that the tour was cancelled by Chase Field because another venue desired to rent the entire Field for that day. We attempted to negotiate with the authority of Chase Field to NO avail. We are unable to re-schedule the Field and the lunch to coincide with each other. We apologize for any disappointments to the members. Any monies already received will be returned to the members.
For the members who have sent checks in for the luncheon, they will be returned.

CHASE FIELD TOUR:
11:00 am at the West side of the field adjacent to the main ticket booths
and the entry to the Team Shop. You cannot be late it starts at 11:00 am.
Parking can be had at the 4th street parking garage just South of the main
ticket booths with a $2.00 discount. The Chapter is not assisting on this cost.
The Tour will be for an hour and fifteen minutes. We will be getting a
complete tour.
FRIDAY'S FRONT ROW:
12:30 pm at the Front Row Establishment will be lunch. You must also be
on time.
The following are the choices for your En tree's, Deserts, and Drinks:
1. Baked Salmon with vegetables and a roll.
2. N. Y. Strip Steak with vegetables and a roll.

2. Vanilla Bean Cheesecake
1. Refillable Sodas
2. Refillable Coffee
3. Refillable Tea
We can only sit 40 people. Get your reservations in
with your choice lunch, desert and beverage.
The cost for the Members 'Tour - Lunch' but no parking is _$25.00_. The cost
for Non-members is $40.00.
